McCallum PFCA are proud to be the Hydraulic Design Consultants for the University of Wollongong 'Sustainable Buildings Research Centre' (SBRC) at their Fairy Meadow Campus.
This building is the first building in Australia to recieve a 6 star Greenstar rating and meet the 'Living Building Challenge' (LBC) for sourcing of construction materials. This includes all plumbing pipelines, plant, tapware and sanitary fixtures.
McCallum PFCA is the largest hydraulic services consulting firm in the Hunter region. Our Charlestown office employs seven full time people in order to conduct our normal hydraulic services consultancy business operations.
Additionally, a network of sub-contractors is regularly engaged by our company in order to undertake various additional design and documentation works, dependent upon the workflow through the office.
We have experienced draftsmen, are equipped with the appropriate equipment, software, current Building Codes and Australian Standards. We are fully insured and an internal quality checking system has been implemented for document control.
